Treat yourself to a weekend with a focus on calm, breathing, well-being and grounding. At the end of a long, cold and dark winter, the body may feel tired and bored. This weekend you will have the opportunity to nurture the body and gain new energy through yoga classes with a focus on calm, breathing, rest, soft warm flow and balance. With their cordial approaches, Susan Klein-Holmen and Turid Jørgensen Honerud will guide you through different types of calm yoga, meditation and breathing. You will also get an introduction to the Five Tibetan Rites, a great tool for  home practice to keep your energy, balance and motivation up.

JUST YOGA is a cordial collaboration between Turid Jørgensen Honerud and Susan Klein Holmen. From the first meeting, they have had a mutual respect, understanding and inspiration for each other's way of working, both in yoga and life, and quickly found out that their relationship would become a long-term collaboration.

They have arranged several yoga weekends together and are both skilled yoga instructors with a lot of care for their students. And they have a common desire to help each one find their way into yoga.

The food served this weekend will be warming, grounding and healthy sustainable food made and served by Elisabeth Haugo. She is the owner and operator of Kafe Hvidesøe in Kvitseid, practices yoga and has learned from yoga medicine, Ayurveda, how food and spices are medicine, and uses the knowledge actively in composing dishes. She is keen to serve good food with a focus on health and the environment, and will guide us through the weekend with delicious nutritious dishes and invigorating power and juices.

When registering, you will receive an email informing you to pay the sum on tip to reserve your place.

If you are a couple or good friends who want to share a double bed, let us know, otherwise you will each get your own bed.

If this weekend has to be canceled due to covid19 restrictions, the weekend will be moved.


Kragerø Sportell and Apartmenst are beautifully located, a few meters away from Kragerø's well-known archipelago and close to the city center. There they have their own little oasis with a cozy communal building with accommodation, dining room and living room, and around are nice apartments and a nice newly renovated barn.

It is a few meters to the water's edge, and a short distance to Berg outdoor area with nice hiking trails. If you want a trip to the cozy Kragerø center, it is a five minute car ride or a 25 minute walk. 

This weekend you can spend the night alone or with others in the nice apartments under the barn, or down in the area by the water.


Massages can be booked this weekend. Paid directly to the masseur!


Kragerø Sportell has a swimming area inside a sound where the ice does not usually settle. Here we will set up a tent with an oven, and heat it up for those who want to restart the body with a refreshing winter bath.


Susan Klein Holmen has ERYT-500 yoga teacher training from Basia Lipska Larsen at HI-Yoga in Oslo and after education in Restorative Yoga from Judith Hansen Lasater.

She runs "Yoga with Susan" in Grenland and has in the autumn of 2021 opened Kosha yoga Shala  in Porsgrunn  where she offers specialization in yoga and Yoga with, among other things. Teacher Training 200 hours starting in August 2022.  Susan mediates yoga in a holistic and open way and is concerned that yoga should be accessible to everyone.

Susan has participated in several workshops with great dedicated yoga instructors such as John Scott, David Swensen, Kino Mac Gregor, Harmony Slater, Alexander Medin and the guru of Ashtanga yoga Paramaguru Sharat Jois.

She teaches Ashtanga yoga, yin yoga, yoga flow, restorative yoga, chakra workshops and meditation.  

Susan is also an interior designer and runs her own company «Stell Design».

Turid Jørgensen Honerud has Ryt 200 yoga teacher training from Asta Yoga in San Francisco. She is the owner and operator of Yogalåva glamping, where she offers accommodation in adventurous canvas frames, has an organic farm shop, holds yoga classes - and events and has her own massage practice. She has a basic education as a masseur at Normassasje in Lillesand.

She is a musician and toured for many years with the band Katzenjammer. At that time, yoga was practiced in many a backstage and hotel room. She has also used the opportunity to practice at many different yoga studios on her way out on tour. When she was at home she practiced with Karen Kollien Nygård at Zanti Yoga in Oslo. 

Turid is an experienced yoga instructor and is concerned that everyone should be able to follow their own pace, and to convey that you should not measure yourself against others.

We all have different starting points and must work from ourselves and not the sidekick or the neighbor.

She teaches Ashtanga yoga, vinyasa flow, soft calm yoga, the five Tibetan rites, pranayama, meditation, and has also taught some yoga for children and families.

Ada Andromeda Blomqvist is a yoga instructor, shiatsu therapist and intuitive healer from Åland in Finland. She has been practicing yoga and meditation since she was 17 years old and has also lived for a long time in meditation retreats in Tibetan monasteries in the Himalayas.

She has 200 RYT yoga education and 3 months Kundalini yoga retreat from northern India. In addition, she has Reiki and Shiatsu courses in Guatemala. At the beginning of this year at the latest, she took a course in mediumship, when she noticed that she had the gift of helping others to open up their energies and their voice, and wanted to further develop this.

Since 2012, she has run her own business in Finland offering yoga, meditation and healing.  


Elisabeth Haugo and has run Kafe Hvidesøe in Kviteseid since 2013. Her food school has been at home with mothers almost all over the world, who have taught her how to use spices to create the most amazing flavors and how to cook enough food for everyone themselves with little money. Through her own illness journey, she has actively sought knowledge about how the food she eats affects how she feels, and how small touches can lead to enormous changes.

She has learned from yoga medicine, Ayurveda, how food and spices are medicine, and uses the knowledge actively in composing dishes.

Her goal is to share with you the joy of eating well.

Healthy food full of nutrients that your body loves and at the same time full of taste - which satisfies both the palate and the senses.

Her approach to healthy and tasty food is as much about sensible food choices for the body as it is for the environment. How the food is grown has an enormous amount to say for the nutritional content of the food. How far the food has to travel has an enormous amount to say for transport emissions related to food production.

It will be served organic, seasonal, and, this weekend vegetarian food with invigorating broth for those who want for grounding in a season where it is easy to get a little "airy".

It will be as local food as possible, with inspiration and flavors from around the world. Most of the food she makes is gluten-free, milk-free and sugar-free. Without these regulars, a whole world of alternatives opens up - which she shares with you this weekend!

Elisabeth also hopes that you will be inspired to make even more amazing, healthy food, which is good both for you and for the environment when you return home, and is happy to share tips and procedures with those who may wish it.
