You will learn Ashtanga yoga's first series Primary series. A series of carefully composed positions and breathing in a fixed order, to make the body stronger and more flexible.
In the beginner course, we focus on learning the series at a leisurely pace and to build up and open the body little by little. Each hour ends with a long and good relaxation.
A regular Ashtanga practice provides health benefits on many levels; it strengthens the body from the outside to the inside, strengthens us physically, provides better mental focus and concentration and has a balancing and stress-relieving effect, and it also increases metabolism.
The practice also strengthens our physiological balance such as the immune system, hormone balance and the nervous system.

Online Ashtanga Yoga Beginner
This ticket includes an 8-week ashtanga yoga beginners course, as well as free access to one "morning yoga" on zoom each week + attend the lessons of the Calm Yoga course when space is available, which runs on Thursdays at 10.00 the same weeks.
